Are Your Business Records Ready?

The $475 starting fee assumes your LLC's income and expenses can be identified from organized records provided for tax preparation.

Bookkeeping, cleanup or reconstruction of business records is not automatically included.

If your records require additional work before the Schedule C can be prepared, we'll identify the additional scope and applicable fee before proceeding with that additional work.

Additional Complexity May Change the Preparation Fee

The $475 starting price applies to a standard current-year Form 1040 with one LLC reported on one standard Schedule C.

Complex Schedule C preparation is generally $550–$800+.

Additional businesses, extensive record reconstruction, complex depreciation, rental properties, K-1s, additional states, significant investment activity, cryptocurrency or other complexity may require additional pricing.

Any additional scope and fee will be identified before that additional work proceeds.

Important: Your Tax Deadlines Still Apply

Purchasing tax preparation services, completing your intake or providing documents does not extend or suspend any federal or state filing, payment or other tax deadline.

If you have received a tax notice or have an approaching deadline, notify Tax Control Group™ promptly.
