Your 1 LLC Business Owner Tax Return Preparation Starts at $475

The $475 starting fee applies to a current-year Form 1040 with one LLC reported on one standard Schedule C, within the established scope of this service.

Complex Schedule C activity is generally $550–$800+, depending on the work required.

Additional businesses, extensive record reconstruction, complex depreciation, rental properties, K-1s, additional states, significant investment activity, cryptocurrency or other complexity may require additional pricing.

If additional work is required, the scope and applicable fee will be identified before that additional work proceeds.

What Should I Have Ready?

Depending on your tax situation, you may need:

  • Prior-year individual tax return
  • W-2s and 1099s
  • LLC income records
  • Business expense records
  • Business mileage or vehicle information
  • Business asset and equipment information
  • Estimated-tax payment information
  • Mortgage and real-estate tax documents
  • Investment and retirement tax documents
  • Health Insurance Marketplace documents, when applicable
  • State tax information
  • Other documents relevant to your individual or business tax return

You do not need to provide these documents on this page.

Your Business Records Should Be Tax-Ready

The $475 starting scope assumes that your LLC's income and expenses can be identified from organized records provided for tax preparation.

Bookkeeping, cleanup, reconstruction of business records or extensive work needed to determine business income and expenses is not automatically included in the $475 starting fee.

If additional work is needed, we'll identify the scope and applicable fee before that additional work proceeds.

Keep Your Tax and Business Information Secure

Do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank information or other sensitive taxpayer documents through ordinary email.

Sensitive information should only be provided through the designated secure client process.
