Are Your Business Records Ready?
The $750 starting fee assumes the partnership's financial records are sufficiently organized to prepare the tax return.
Bookkeeping, cleanup, financial-record reconstruction, partner basis reconstruction or extensive capital-account reconstruction is not automatically included.
If additional work is required, we'll identify the additional scope and applicable fee before proceeding with that additional work.
Additional Complexity May Change the Preparation Fee
The $750 starting price applies to a standard current-year Form 1065 with up to two partners or members and up to two Schedules K-1.
Additional partners, complex allocations, multiple states, ownership changes, basis or capital-account reconstruction, incomplete records, foreign activity or other complexity may require additional pricing.
Any additional scope and fee will be identified before that additional work proceeds.
Important: Your Tax Deadlines Still Apply
Purchasing tax preparation services, completing the intake or providing documents does not extend or suspend federal or state filing, payment or other tax deadlines.
If the partnership has an approaching deadline or has received a tax notice, notify Tax Control Group™ promptly.
Protect Your Sensitive Information
Your tax return and supporting documents may contain Social Security numbers, financial information and other sensitive taxpayer data.
Provide these documents only through the designated secure client portal. Do not send them through ordinary email.
What Happens After You Provide Your Documents?
1 — Document Review
We'll review the partnership information and records provided and determine whether additional information is needed.
2 — RETURN PREPARATION
Once the necessary information and applicable scope are confirmed, the Form 1065 and applicable Schedules K-1 move into preparation.
3 — REVIEW, DOCUSIGN & FILING
When preparation is complete, the return will be reviewed and the appropriate authorized person will receive a DocuSign for required signatures before filing.
