Form 1120 Preparation Starts at $650

The $650 starting fee applies to a standard current-year Form 1120 within the established scope of this service.

Multiple states, complex shareholder transactions, incomplete books, significant depreciation, payroll issues, retained-earnings or equity reconstruction, foreign activity or other complexity may require additional pricing.

Any additional scope and fee will be identified before that additional work proceeds.

What Should I Have Ready?

Depending on the corporation, you may need:

  • Prior-year Form 1120
  • Year-end profit and loss statement
  • Year-end balance sheet
  • Business income and expense records
  • Shareholder ownership information
  • Shareholder contributions
  • Dividend/distribution information
  • Shareholder loan information
  • Payroll records and Forms W-2/W-3
  • Forms 1099 and other tax documents
  • Asset and depreciation records
  • Business debt information
  • Federal and state tax-payment information
  • State tax information
  • Other records relevant to the corporate return

You do not need to provide these documents on this page.

Your C Corporation Records Should Be Tax-Ready

The $650 starting scope assumes the corporation's income, expenses, assets, liabilities, payroll, shareholder activity and equity information can be determined from organized records provided for tax preparation.

Bookkeeping, cleanup, financial-record reconstruction, payroll corrections, or significant retained-earnings or equity reconstruction are not automatically included.

If additional work is required, we'll identify the scope and applicable fee before proceeding with that additional work.

Keep Your Tax and Business Information Secure

Do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers, EINs, bank information or other sensitive taxpayer or business documents through ordinary email or Kajabi forms.

Sensitive information should only be provided through the designated secure client process.

Know What's Included Before Preparation Begins

This service covers one standard current-year Form 1120 within the agreed scope.

It does not automatically include bookkeeping, record reconstruction, payroll correction, prior-year or amended returns, tax-account investigation, notice response, separate tax-planning engagements, or IRS/state representation.

Services outside the agreed scope require a separate engagement and applicable fee.
