Form 1065 Preparation Starts at $750

The $750 starting fee applies to a standard current-year Form 1065 with up to two partners or members and up to two Schedules K-1, within the established scope of this service.

Additional partners, complex allocations, multiple states, ownership changes, basis or capital-account reconstruction, incomplete records or other complexity may require additional pricing.

Any additional scope and fee will be identified before that additional work proceeds.

What Should I Have Ready?

Depending on the partnership, you may need:

  • Prior-year Form 1065 and Schedules K-1
  • Year-end profit and loss statement
  • Year-end balance sheet
  • Business income records
  • Business expense records
  • Partner/member ownership information
  • Partner contributions and distributions
  • Partner loans to or from the business
  • Asset and depreciation records
  • Forms 1099 and other tax documents
  • Estimated-tax or entity-level tax payment information, when applicable
  • State tax information
  • Other records relevant to the partnership return

You do not need to provide these documents on this page.

Your Partnership Records Should Be Tax-Ready

The $750 starting scope assumes that the partnership's income, expenses, assets, liabilities, partner activity and other required information can be determined from organized records provided for tax preparation.

Bookkeeping, cleanup, reconstruction of financial records, partner basis reconstruction or extensive capital-account reconstruction is not automatically included.

If additional work is required, we'll identify the scope and applicable fee before proceeding with that additional work.

Keep Your Tax and Business Information Secure

Do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank information or other sensitive taxpayer documents through ordinary email.

Sensitive information should only be provided through the designated secure client process.

Know What's Included Before Preparation Begins

This service covers one standard current-year Form 1065 with up to two partners or members and up to two Schedules K-1 within the agreed scope.

It does not automatically include bookkeeping, record reconstruction, prior-year or amended returns, tax-account investigation, notice response, audit services, separate tax-planning engagements, or IRS/state representation.
