Your Tax Account Diagnostic™ is designed to review the available information related to your tax-account issue, identify the primary issue requiring attention and determine an appropriate next step.
It does not automatically include tax-return preparation, amended-return preparation, penalty-abatement requests, installment-agreement preparation, collection representation, appeals, Offer in Compromise services, legal services or other IRS or state representation.
Any additional service requires a separate scope and engagement when appropriate.
